Hello everyone!
My name is Jarid Shields, and I am one of Tsu City’s Assistant Language Teachers (ALT). I’m from Washington, DC in theUnited States of America. I have been living in Japan for almost two years now!
I like to read fantasy novels, knit, watchmovies and TV, and listen to music! My favorite items are my Kindle and my blue headphones, which you will usually see me wearing in the staff room and betweenclasses.
I am very excited to be teaching English at Anto Elementary School again this year and hope that students can learn a lot from me and have fun while strengthening their English conversation, writing,and vocabulary skills. Let’s enjoy English together!
